Saminah was founded with a simple vision: to bring hope, dignity, and practical support wherever there is need.

While our journey began through projects connected to our roots in Sri Lanka, our vision has grown far beyond any one location. Today, we are committed to serving communities locally, nationally, and globally through acts of compassion, partnership, and service.

As a newly established organization, we are excited to explore opportunities that create meaningful impact and strengthen communities.

Local Impact

We believe meaningful change begins in our own neighborhoods. We hope to partner with local organizations, schools, churches, and community groups throughout Southern California to identify needs and serve those around us.

Potential initiatives may include:

National Outreach

As opportunities arise, we hope to support individuals and communities throughout the United States through disaster response efforts, resource collection drives, and partnerships with organizations already making a difference.

Our heart for international outreach remains strong. We will continue exploring opportunities to support communities around the world through humanitarian aid, educational initiatives, and partnerships that provide practical support where it is needed most.

One of the most exciting parts of this journey is that we do not yet know all the ways Saminah will serve.
